Chelsea J. Lowance

Chelsea J. Lowance attended Howard Payne University and graduated Cum Laude with degrees in interdisciplinary political science, criminal justice, and the multidisciplinary honors program. She participated in the Texas Undergraduate Moot Court Association throughout her time at Howard Payne. She then attended Texas Tech University School of Law. She was involved in advocacy competitions, was selected as the head representative for Barbri, and represented members of the community as a member of the Civil Law Clinic when she received her 3L bar card.

Chelsea worked with John K. Grubb and Associates in Houston for four years and with Scott M. Brown and Associates in their Pearland office for two years. Chelsea is thrilled to be joining the Law Office of Kara Borchers Jones PLLC, where she will serve as an associate attorney in the Austin location.   She is very excited to be helping open the new second location of the firm in the Greater Houston area in the near future as well.
