Madalyn Gathright, Attorney

Originally from Hope, Arkansas,  Madalyn Gathright has lived in and around the state of Texas nearly all her life. From 2016 to 2020, she attended the University of Texas at Dallas where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Literary Studies, and two minors in Political Science and Philosophy.

Madalyn went on to attend the University of Texas School of Law in August of 2020 and graduated with her Juris Doctorate in 2023. During her time at UT, Madalyn worked for the Center for Women in Law where she assisted the Center’s staff with their mission to bring about equity and inclusion in the legal profession for female attorneys through continuing legal education opportunities and networking programs.

A zealous and compassionate advocate, Madalyn has handled a variety of family law and probate matters since joining our firm in April of 2024 such as divorces, suits for modification, and enforcement actions, as well as independent administrations, heirship proceedings, muniments of title, and providing her services as an Attorney Ad Litem for Williamson County. Madalyn also assists with our estate planning practice, helping to bring some peace of mind to the futures of our clients and their families. In her free time, Madalyn enjoys attending concerts, collecting vinyl records, listening to music, cooking and baking for her friends and family, and relaxing with her cat, Eleanor.
