Common Questions

There is a plan for every budget; if you are confident completing the paperwork with no attorney assistance, consider the Bronze plan. If you’re on a budget, but you’d like assistance making sure your documents are properly executed, consider the Silver plan. And of course, with the Gold plan we do it all for you.

With the Bronze plan, we’ll mail your package out within a week of receiving your order. From that point, you’re in charge of the timeline.

With the Silver plan, you can get started almost right away. Execution of your documents will generally take place within 2-4 weeks of you completing your document review with the attorney.

With the Gold plan, timeframes vary; it typically takes about 3 weeks to draft your documents.  Execution of documents can be in as little as a month or even up to 90 days if further revisions are required.

The Bronze plan is self-service with no attorney support provided.

The Silver plan includes a 30-minute phone call with an attorney to review your documents.

The Gold plan includes 90 days of support by phone or email, with up to 2 revisions of your documents.

We’ll mail you specific instructions; to execute a will, you will need two witnesses who are not interested in your estate, plus a notary public.
